Start with the tracking update
Most missing estimates come from an order without a dated tracking event, an update we have not seen enough times, or a page that has not finished loading.
No estimate beside an order
Wait for the AliExpress orders page to finish loading, then open the extension and press Update estimates. The parcel needs at least one tracking description with a date and time.
AliEstimate may leave an order alone when the newest update has too few matching delivered parcels. Open the tracking history and try again after a major scan, such as customs clearance or arrival at a local carrier facility.
Updating active parcels
The update button requests fresh results for active orders. AliEstimate keeps a successful estimate for 24 hours, which avoids repeat requests each time you open the page.
Delivered orders do not refresh. Their delivery time and saved comparison stay fixed.
Completed-order accuracy
Open the extension menu and turn on Completed-order accuracy. AliEstimate needs an estimate saved while the parcel was active and a confirmed delivery scan on the completed order.
If either part is missing, the extension cannot calculate how early or late the parcel arrived. Orders without a delivery scan do not count.
Settings and saved results
Chrome stores the extension setting, order references, active estimates and completed comparisons on your device. Remove the extension through Chrome to clear its local storage.
Your order ID helps the extension match a saved result to the right card. Estimate and outcome requests do not include it.
Report a problem
There is no public support inbox yet. If the extension link came from someone you know, send them the AliExpress page type, the tracking description that failed and what appeared in the estimate box. Remove order numbers, tracking numbers, names and addresses before sharing a screenshot.
